Is your mind always filled with negative thoughts? Are you struggling to know how you can stop it? Have you ever made any step or movement to overcome your ugly negative thinking? Do you still see your self thinking negatively even after making many efforts to overcome it? OK, I understand how you feel about it, you are

In life, Negative thoughts  contributes almost half of the challenges that we encounter as a human being.  Having negative thoughts play out like a movie, it can only bring you pain, something that I’ve experienced many times throughout my life.

Negative thoughts drain you of energy and keep you from being in the present moment. The more you give in to your negative thoughts, the stronger they become. Negative thinking can be very hazardous to our life in the sense that it is capable of destroying our source of happiness and also cause harmful damage to our human memory. It can contribute to our health problems and surprisingly, it can limit our life span. It can also shorten our life goals

Therefore today, am going to share with you a very unique solutions from my personal experience and also other solutions that I was able to come up with during my research. I believed so much that it will help you a lot.

1. Surround yourself with things that help you stay positive.

Yes!! This is nice step to start with. When you surround yourself with things that can help you think positively, you will see how fast you get use to it.  There is no way you will think positive when you surround yourself with something that hinder things it.

 So if you feel your work environment is constantly destructive to your mood, try to surround yourself with things that make you content and keep you uplifted.


2. Realize that your thoughts do not own you

 Stop your negative thoughts in their tracks by realizing that you’re in charge of what you think, not the other way around.

3. Keep yourself occupied.

If your mind is focused on something else, it is easier to ignore the pessimism surrounding you. Engage yourself in a better things.

4. Always make use of positive words when talking.

If you’re constantly telling yourself  “I can’t” you may convince yourself that’s the truth. Replace these negative words with positive ones instead. Tell yourself you will do your best or that you will try your hardest instead. Remember that there is power in the words.

5. Don’t dwell.

So you made a mistake. It happens to everyone. Don’t dwell on your mistakes. Make peace with yourself and move on to other projects. Remember that there some benefits in making mistakes, so use the opportunity of that mistake to discover your potential rather than engaging yourself in negative thoughts

6. Believe in yourself.

Yes!! The problem of some people is that they do not believe in what they can do.

 Want that promotion? Hoping to get that huge account? Believe that you can do it and it just might come true.

7. Read an inspirational books.

If you’re having trouble finding something inspiring about your life right now try getting inspired by the life of someone else by reading a book meant to inspire and uplift.

8. Smile

If are following my previous post, you will notice that I always include this particular point. The simple reason was because SMILE is a therapy. It can remove your mind from that negative thoughts.

Sometimes all it takes to feel good is to put a smile on your face. Practice putting on a happy face even when you just feel like not.

9. Exercise.

I once experienced how this particular points works. Whenever any negative thought came into my mind, it better for to go to the field or better still watch those that are playing.

So, Even if you are only exercising for 15 minutes a few times a week, you’ll feel better, and your head will be clearer.

10. Always associate yourself with Positive People.
Have a friend that always knows just what to say to make you feel like things will be alright. Take comfort in those around you that have positive attitudes and can make you feel better about anything going on in your life.
