Doing what you love and feel comfortable with can be a way of creating a happier life in the sense that many people are been forced or lured into doing what they don't like. This can lead to a life mistake which when it does that, your happiness will wipe away like a dry grass.

5. Surround Yourself With Happy People

Letting go can feel as if a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. Every moment of our life will get more happiness when we let go of our negative thoughts. I know as a human being, we have a lot to think but thinking or sticking to our previous undesirable life experience will not help any issues.

Letting go does not have to mean leaving a conflict unresolved. Instead it allows us to resolve this conflict with all of the resources at our disposal.
