Being Happy is one of the greatest things that can prolong ones life. There are several ways to follow if you really want to live happier and healthier. It’s not difficult at all once you gain an understanding of your choices and you are
willing to take action.
Am fully aware that some of the things am going to list here will definitely put a smile on your face but the real facts is that it can truly help a lot.
1. Been awake on time
Imagine a situation where your work starts around 8:00am and you wake up around 5:00am to start preparing for it so that before 7:30am, you are done with all the morning chores and set off for work. Won't you look happier and healthier if you were to reach at your working place before the time?
Staying ahead of things means your’e avoiding the rush and cutting down on stress. Practise this every day and ultimately you will be happier and healthier.
2. Surround yourself with happy healthy people
Do you know how we feel when we surround ourself with funny people especially during the break hour at work or even in school? It makes us feel healthy and happier when we make our journey home. Even when you reach home, anytime we recall the fun we had during the day, smile will still appear on our face.
3. Smile
Like what I said in my previous blog post; that "Smile is a Therapy". It can heal the inner wounds in our heart. Don't make your face look so serious every hour. Smiling releases a hormone called Endorphins or Happy hormones which enhances mood. So smiling can be a way for happy and healthy life.

4. Take Almond Milk
Taking Almond milk at least every morning can be a way for happy and healthy life.
Almond milk has many fantastic benefits while dairy milk can wreak havoc on the human body. If possible, stop taking dairy and use almond milk as a replacement – your cardiovascular and skeletal system will benefit and your skin will even look better and fresh. This is definitely a small life change that will result in a healthier you.
5. Laugh, Cry and Have Sex
Here are other three ways to release endorphins (happy hormones) which will definitly spring up your healthy life.
Holding in tears any moment we want to cry doesn’t make us feel very good but letting it all out brings about happy emotion. So, cry can make one feel good and healthier. Therefore, Next time you feel like letting it go, don't hold back your tears
We are already aware that sex is good for our health as it stimulate body hormone and it can make one feel relax, happier and healthier. It is also a fantastic exercise. So now that we know it’s good for our mood there’s no more excuses.
6. Eat and Drink
When. I say eat and drink, I mean the healthy ones. We can choose to be drinking one glass of wine everyday and eat something like dark chocolate and yummy food.
Then taking tea – like gingseng makes us happy and green and white tea are particularly healthy. Green tea is a great antioxidant. It does a fantastic job of cleansing our systems and it gets to work on those calories too. So it is recommended that you should start one today.
7. Exercises
I cannot finish discoursing this topic without including Exercises. Exercising at least once in a day will be a way of building happier and healthy life. They are many sports our there which you can engage yourself with, e.g Tennis, Volleyball, soccer, e.t.c
8. Spend money on a Trip
Getting to know new places will surely make you feel happy thereby making you healthy.
Research carried on has shown that spending money on items isn’t really what makes us happy. It may please us for a short while, but really what makes us happy is to spend our money on experiences.
Get to know new places by booking yourself on a day trip away to somewhere beautiful.
Life is too short to live. So enjoy it now
