6 Things You Must Do Everyday To Become Mentally Stronger




To be mentally stronger is one of the challenges our society are having nowadays.We all carry emotional scars and if they’re not healed we can impose our insecurities, biases, frustration and pain onto others.

In anyway, We all have what it takes to become mentally strong but it
take some efforts and time to be developed.

In this blog post, I will be sharing with you what you must do to become mentally stronger.

1. Show Appreciation and  Be Thankful.


One of the most important thing in life is to learn how to Appreciate and being Thankful. Waking up in the morning and say a little word of appreciation and thanks to your creator  can go a long way in being mentally stronger. Apart from that, apprciating what someone did for you can create another opportunity for you. One saying made it clear that "Showing Appreciation is an Application for more".

Also, appreciating what you have achieved can be a way to build mentally stronger. Life is too short to thinking about what you don't have. Learn how to Appreciate Today!!!

2. Have A Healthy Environment.

Cleanness is next to Godliness. For you to be mentally strong, your environment have to be conducive. Imagine when you come back from work and see your bedroom littered with cloths and different kind of scent is oozing from every corner of the house. Definitely, It will make you feel weak add discomfort. Create an environment that relaxes you and makes you happy, and include plants for healthy filtered air inside your home. Decorate you home with something that will make you feel happy and comfortable when you look around.

3. Regular Exercise

It amazed me when I went to our school sports complex and see some of our professors and lecturers doing execise.

For you to be mentally stronger, you have to engage yourself into daily exercise. Don't occupy all your day with serious activities. Engage yourself in any sports of your choice, be it Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, e.t.c. During Exercise, our body releases a hormone called Endorphins.

4. Always Eat Healthy

Our body usually undergo what scientists called Glycolysis. But when there is no enough healthy food in our body, it will start uundergoing what is called Gluconegenesis.

Feeding your body with the proper energy healthy food is a way for being mentally stronger every day. Some of you out there may not like fruits or vegetables. But there are some vegetables and fruits that we have not tried. Get it and Learn how to prepare it in a way that is suitable for you. Get yourself acquinted with Wheat, vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, and legumes and incorporate it into your diet.

5. Be Yourself

This is another important point. For you to be mentally stronger, you have to be yourself. Stop copying other persons lifestyle. We all have our potentials. Try and know what you are up to. Imitating someone can make you feel uncomfortable.

6. Smile and Be Happy For Others


Smile is so powerful that it can heal so many life injury. Smile is a therapy. For you to have a mentally Stronger, you have to be happy with the success of others. Try to always put smile on someone's face because one day, you may also want someone to make you smile and feel happy
