4 Unique Tips That Can Help You Focus More On The Positive Part Of Life



I believe that we as humans had experience one hardship or the other in life. There is never a person that
will come out boldly to tell me that he/she never encounter disappointment or depression in life. Even if you haven’t experience any, one day, one time, you may still experience it. Life can never be too honey. They must be a time of temptation, disappointment or depression but what matters a lot is the Victory time, that happy moment, whether you are able to conquer all those hardships. The question that lie now is “how can you gain your victory? How can you overcome all those trial time? How can you smile again? It’s by focusing on the positive part of life”.

 
What do I mean by positive part of life?

Positive part of life are those good time or good memory that you have had in life. It is those thing that can make you feel complete and help you gain your victory. They are things that can help you to excel.

Many people have lose hope because they thought that it is too late for them to come back to positive part of life, they thought that they will never be a time of victory. Coming back to positive part of life depends on the effort you put or the zeal that you have. So many tips and articles has being written on how one can raise again and move to positive part of life. Countless seminar or empowerment program has been organized to make people know that there is still hope for them in this life.

Focusing on the positive part of life those not only help you to gain your victory but it also have some health benefits. Yes, you may be wondering how it relates to health but don’t you know that all those time of hardship can make one to think too much thereby causing High Blood Pressure (H.B.P) to them. It can reduce someone’s life span, it can also cause severe headache and heart attack. I believe that you have seen how hardship can affect our life. Focusing all the positive part of life can help you overcome all those health challenges. It can also bring happiness and many other positive things.

There are many ways and tips that can help one to focus more on the positive part of life but in article, I will be discussing out only four of them. 

4 Tips That Can Help You Focus More On The Positive Part Of Life

1. Focus more on the present and not the past

This particular point is very important and that is why I decide to treat it first. 

Positive part of life needs you to focus more on the present, the future and never the past. One thing that pull us down as force of gravity is that we always focus more on the past rather than the present.

Whenever you recall the past especially your failure, it tend to dislodge you from your almost achieved victory. 

Present is always the best, therefore focus more on it.


2. Record your success and not your failure

This is common among us all. We tend to recall our failure more than our success. We forgot that we were once successful. Recording or recalling your failure is like adding salt to an injury (I guess you know how it feel when salt is been added to an injury; it’s extremely painful). 

In other for us to continue to excel in life, we need to stop recording our failure but record our success. This will be of great help because your success records will serve as a reference to you whenever you encounter disappointment.

3. Be yourself


Being yourself I mean here is that you should be the one that control all your life activities, be the person that makes your life decisions, stand by your words, know when to work and when to rest. Know when to have time for yourself. When you allow other person to make a decision for you, it may lead to hardship or negative things later.

So therefore, be yourself and stay focus.

4. Be curious (I.e. be inquisitive)

Being curious is another great way of victory and success in life. Be eager to learn something and don’t claim that you know what you know that you don’t know (please read this particular line again for better understanding). Little wonder why great philosopher Socrates once said that “I know that am intelligent because I know that I know nothing” 

Don’t claim Mr. Know All. Always associate with people that are higher than you.
