It's almost half of the year and I believe that many people are still struggling to achieve the plans that they have for the year. As a human, we plan and set goals but at last we may not be
able to achieve all. It is good to plan our goals for each year because if you fail to plan, you will plain to fail.

Everybody has a target that he/she want to fulfill this year but some forces are there to oppose it. Yes, challenges in life can be an obstacles in achieving our plans for the year. It might health or financial challenges, Even family, marriage or relationship challenges might shatter our goals for the year. But no matter any challenges you are having, I want you to know that you can still meet up. You can still achieve that goals before this year comes to end. All you need is to go through the points that am going to list below. It will guide you on what to do and way to follow if you still want to complete your plans for the year.

1. Confront Your Fears

Yes, one thing that challenge us mostly in life is fears. Many of us are afraid to start with one of plans for the year because they believe that it will not work out or that it might fail.

You have to stop living your life afraid. I believe that our fears imprison our futures. So many times we live our lives controlled by our fears. You have to make a decision to stop being afraid.

What you do not confront will always be the barrier to what your life could be. Don't allow fear to be the reason why you couldn't achieve your plans for the year.

2. Reset Your Life

Resetting your life is putting everything in its proper place so that you can prosper in every area of your life. Resetting your life can help you continue with the plans you have for the year. When you reset your life you clear the distractions, concentrate your days and collide with your dreams.

3. Review your plans

Reviewing your plans can be one way to achieve the most important goal before end of the year. You many have a lot of plans but when you noticed or have the feelings that you may not achieve all, sit down and review it. Point out the most important.

List how you are going to tackle the remaining from Most important to less important. By doing so, I believe that you will be surprised of what you have achieved.

4. Live in the present, not the past.

 The past is over. Move on with the plans you for the year. Don't relent on your past mistake. Whenever you fail to achieve something, don't allow it to weaken you rather, see it as an opportunity to excel. Don't blame yourself for any mistake. Take stock of what needs to be accomplished and move forward with this information.

5. Appreciate Your Efforts

Appreciating our efforts is one of the way we can complete the remaining goals for the year. When we appreciate ourselves, it gives us more strengths to push for more. Like I said above, don't blame yourself for any mistake.

You can appreciate your effort by spending time with yourself. By doing so, you brain will be in order and new ideas will definitely come in.

6. Ask people that have achieved their goals how they did it

Asking questions is necessary not only in life but also in achieving our plans because nobody knows everything. You may be following the wrong path before but if you ask those that have achieved the same plan you have, you will definitely know your way.

For example, if you have the plan of getting admission this year, you can ask those that have gotten already or if your plan was to invest in one business, you can ask those that are already in that business.

7. Be Focus

Avoid distractions from anyone. Don't allow them to discourage you. You may have a plan that you want to achieve but immediately you tell your friends or any relation, they might look for one reason or the other to discourage you. Remain focus. Don't postpone your this year plan to next year without any tangible reasons

Rememeber that "procrastination is bad and delay is dangerous"

Motivation is like a fuel. It can ignite a failing spirit. Whenever you see yourself having two mind about your plans, look for a motivational materials. You can meet your advisor, or better still get a motivational books.

Financial problems is one the reasons why some people fail to achieve their desired goals for the year. The cause may be that the person spends a lot on unnecessary things. They spend forgetting that they need money for achieve their goals.

So therefore, reduce your way of spending and save for most important goals.

10. Finally, Note Your Achieved plans and how long it takes you

When you note your achieved plans, it can help you to work more hard. Also noting down how long it takes you can help you determine the time required for your next plan.
